The welcome & registration desk is located at the entrance area of the Charlemagne building and it will be operational from 08:30 am until 05:00 pm.
Organisers aim to ensure participation of all individuals who wish to attend the event.
Organisers reserve the right to refuse registrations if there are too many participants from the same organization/institution. Priority will be given to those who register early. We will not be able to accept additional registrations once the event is full even if this occurs before the registration deadline.
Access & Security
Please note that all participants will have to pass through security check before entering the rooms. Please take this into account and arrive in advance onsite (at least 30 min).
There is a Wi-Fi Internet connection for all participants at the venue. Please ask the staff onsite for the password.
On each floor, next to the rooms there are unattended cloakrooms available. We therefore strongly advise you to leave your luggage at the hotel.
The language of the information session will be exclusively English.
Travel & Accommodation
No travel/accommodation costs will be covered for participants.
A coffee break and a lunch will be provided for participant.
